Technician
Description:
Responsibilities vary with each position;
Customer Service Tech Frequent and direct customer contact requiring great communication skills, execute computer transactions, process payment, cash handling, organize, promote safety, cleanliness, basic automotive service, follow policies and procedures, and perform general shop duties.
Lower Bay Tech Automotive service requiring mechanical aptitude, communication with co-workers, organize, promote safety, cleanliness, follow policies and procedures, and perform general shop duties.
Upper Bay Tech Direct customer contact, automotive service requiring mechanical aptitude, communication with co-workers and customers, read and decipher work-orders, multi-task, organize, promote safety, cleanliness, follow policies and procedures, and perform general shop duties.
Store Manager
Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of an oil change center including;
Hiring, recruiting, training, employee evaluations, scheduling, delegating tasks daily, demonstrate strong work ethic and lead by example, provide excellent customer service, perform vehicle maintenance, control inventory, audit store, product display, daily paperwork, promote safety and cleanliness, basic facility maintenance, perform general shop duties, enforce policies and procedures, solve problems and make appropriate decisions, ensure customer satisfaction and lead a team of three to eight employees to accomplish goals.
Manager in Training
Description:
Responsibilities are the same as a technician but also include directly assisting the Store Manager with his/her responsibilities while learning proper managerial practices and techniques.
District Manager
Description:
Oversight of six to twelve locations
